Our privacy commitment is based on the principles contained in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) (“PIPEDA”).
Personal Information under PIPEDA is any information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.
Why do we collect Personal Information?
We collect Personal Information in order to provide information relating to finance, wealth management and insurance to you. In addition, we distribute publications and seminars concerning financial topics of relevance to accountants, insurance agents and the general investor.
The Company collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. Information collected is used to process orders, advise you on your membership status, and keep your course history. If you register to download a PDF or resources, sign up for our e-mail list, and/or purchase a product or service from us, we collect your information. We use this information to track your preferences and to keep you informed about the products and services you have selected to receive and any related products and/or services. We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about new courses, products, webinars, or other special offers that we think you will find valuable. Online seminars may be recorded to further improve content and content delivery.
When requested, and if applicable, we will use information collected to issue eligible continuing education credit hours to you.

The Website provides various places for users to provide information. We collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Website, communicating with us via contact forms, responding to surveys, search queries on our search feature, providing comments or other feedback, and providing information when ordering a product or service via the Website.

Methods of Payment
QubePD uses Stripe to process all payments. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards for all payment types. Stripe is used to ensure that your information is protected. Online course purchases entitle the subscriber to unlimited access to the online course programs they had purchased for the time period indicated at the time of purchase. (i.e., 2 months, 4 months, etc.
- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Any charges incurred as a result of a declined credit card payment or similar circumstances will be charged back to the client’s account.
- Course registrations are not transferable nor subject to refund.
Access to Personal Information
We will respond promptly to any request for access to your personal information and will advise you of the cost, if any, prior to the retrieval of such records or information. We will not respond to requests for access to personal information that are frivolous, vexatious or repetitious. In certain circumstances, we may be unable to provide access to some or all of the personal information that we hold about you.
